Return and Order Cancellation Policy
I do not under any circumstances accept or issue order cancellations. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled/refunded. Please make an informed decision before making a purchase.
I do my best to describe and photograph the pieces as accurately as possible, but if there is a problem with your order please contact me to discuss further. I want my customers to be happy with their item, so I will always do my best to work with you to come to a resolution that will work for everyone.
IMPORTANT! Please remember my pieces are completely handmade, one of a kind items made by my two hands from scratch. As such, there may be slight imperfections and variations that show the handmade character that goes into each piece…. but that is what makes them one of a kind and unique pieces of wearable art :)
Customs/Made to Order item orders are non-refundable. Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receipt of unworn pieces returned with all original packaging in perfect condition for shop credit. A 15% restocking fee will apply. This policy is firm and no exceptions will be made.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If a mistake has been made on our part please contact us within a week of receiving your package for an exchange.
Please choose your ring size carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure of your ring size please order a sizer here,
To ensure a proper fit for cuffs, please measure completely around your wrist area snugly in inches. This will give you the total circumference of your wrist.
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:
I currently do not offer refunds for items purchased, as each is one of a kind and therefore not something I can simply restock.
If you are unhappy with your item in any way, please contact me within 10 days of receipt of the item.
If you do wish to exchange your item, buer is responsible for return shipping costs…. this policy is firm. Insurance and tracking is strongly suggested. I wcannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit back to the studio.
Please package your piece with care including all original packaging.
Repairs
We understand that accidents happen. These pieces are handmade and as such can be fragile and on occasion shipping carriers do not treat them as kindly as we’d like! I am always happy to repair a piece or replace a stone if needed. If the repair is significant and requires additional work, email me to discuss: sales@sagesilverjewelry.com
In the event that a repair is required after 3 weeks of item receipt, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning the item. We cannot offer refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio, purchasing tracking and insurance is recommended for your own protection.
Some repairs I cannot accommodate, such as excessive wear and tear, sizing down rings, or damage beyond accidental. Feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to work with you. However, if prior to contacting me, you alter the piece in any way, such as replacing the stone, and/or having another jeweler repair or resize, this will void any warranty on the piece. I am not responsible for any additional costs you incur from taking my work to other jewelers for repair without contacting me first.
Layaway/Payment Plans:
I offer payment plans using Afterpay, PayPal credit and Stripe. Please contact me for more information. Please note - sometimes afterpay will charge your card even if your purchase does not go through - it will fall off within 24 hours and is only pending until the order is completed.
