My current lead time varies. I always do my very best to accommodate your deadline should you have an urgent request.

Typically, custom Billiard Ball Jewelry turnaround time averages between 6 to 8 weeks. During busier seasons such as the holidays, lead time can be up to 8 to 10 weeks. Some custom pieces may be completed quickly, depending on the level of intricacy.

These just an estimate of my average lead times and may change depending on the season. I do my best to accommodate your timeframe, should you have an urgent or rush order.

For custom requests please email me at sales@sagesilverjewelry.com Please be sure to include the following information in your email:

  • your name and/or instagram handle (if you have sent me a dm this is helpful)

  • your preferred contact information (email or phone)

  • photos and/or a detailed description of the item you’re looking to have made

  • sizing

  • If you have an urgent timeframe, please let me know in your email so I can do my best to accommodate you. If you have a specific date you need the piece by, please let me know that in the INITIAL EMAIL.

We will respond with a quote. If the timeframe and cost estimate works for you I’ll email you a link to pay your deposit. Custom orders require a 50% deposit upfront. For highly intricate or personalized items, a larger deposit may be required. Once this is completed, I’ll begin work.

Upon completion, I will email photos of the piece as well as a link to pay the balance. Deposits are non refundable. If the remainder isn’t paid within 14 days of completion, the item will be eligible for resale.

While I try to see and respond to all emails as quickly as possibly, this is a one person operation. On the chance I miss your email, please feel free to resend or alternately, submit the form on this page (on the chance email is not working). PLEASE feel free to submit your request again, or visit my contact page for other ways to reach me, should you not hear back within an appropriate timeframe.
