INTERESTED IN A CUSTOM ORDER?

I take custom orders on a first-come first serve basis. Beginning in January 2025, I now offer ‘semi-custom’ made-to-order pieces every weekend on my website.

Currently, my custom lead time (from the start of the process to shipping the item) is between 6 to 8 weeks.

If you would like to order a custom, you can email me at sales@sagesilverjewelrycom, for a cost and time estimate.

If I do not have any current spots open, I will either let you know or email you when one opens up. If the time and cost estimate works for you, I’ll create a listing for you on my online shop titled “Custom for (your name)”. I’ll send you this link to purchase your item, and once the item is be paid in full I’ll begin working on it.

My current custom lead time is between 6 to 8 weeks (this is an estimate of my current lead time, sometimes quicker and sometimes longer, sometimes quicker depending on the season).

Pricing for customs is generally the same as the pricing during my website restocks. You can see my ESTIMATED prices here.

If you have an urgent timeframe please let me know in your email so I can do my best to accommodate you. Please be sure to include the following information:

  • your name / instagram handle (if applicable)

    contact information (email)

    photos and/or a detailed description of the item you’re looking to have made

    sizing

  • IMPORTANT!!!! If you have a specific date you need the piece by, or a hard timeline please let me know in ASAP in the INITIAL EMAIL.

PS: Some important additional info that I’ve recently had to add due to past experiences :)

  • Please keep in mind I do get many custom requests, and while I try to accommodate everyone and respond to each and every email, sometimes I may miss one. PLEASE Feel free to submit it again, or visit my contact page for other ways to reach me, should you not hear back.

  • I do reserve the right to refuse a custom order based on my own criteria.

  • Your order is not considered an “order” until you have purchased the item and have an order confirmation email.
