SHIPPING LEAD TIMES:

Thank you for being patient with shipping times, as this is a one-woman run business ♥️ here is an estimate of my current shipping lead times:

Ready to ship items (i.e., not custom, preorder, or made to order pieces) typically ship within 7 TO 10 business days. if you need an item by a specific date or sooner than my normal shipping turnaround time , please let me know asap via email.

CUSTOM /Pre-order, and Made to order items typically have a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks but can be as fast as 4 and UP TO 8 weeks, depending on the season. For specific shipping times, please be sure to view item listing for details. 

Should you need an item rush delivered by a specific date, please email me ASAP and I will do my best to try to accommodate your request. Please be sure to include your order number and/or the name or email it was placed under, and the date you would like your item to be delivered by.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Items are typically shipped on Friday and Saturdays. While you may receive an email with tracking, on occasion your order will not immediately begin tracking for a few days, as I print labels and package items throughout the week.

STANDARD SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC US ORDERS: currently standard shipping to the Domestic United States is via USPS First Class mail (now called usps ground advantage), and includes Tracking. Standard shipping does not include insurance. To add insurance, please either select USPS Priority, UPS Ground or Express or email me and I will add this for you manually for an additional fee. If you have another specific shipping request, please contact me via email.

To upgrade to other shipping methods including: USPS Priority, USPS Express, UPS GROUND, UPS 3 DAY, UPS 2 DAY, UPS Overnight or Next Day Delivery, please select your preferred method upon checkout.

International orders are shipped standard using USPS First Class Mail International, globalpost or UPS Saver International. Customers are responsible for any duties or customs fees upon receipt. Tracking typically starts in the United States upon customs exit, and stops upon transfer to the receiving country, starting again with the international carrier in-country.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Stolen packages should be reported to your local law enforcement or USPS Postal Inspector immediately. If there is a problem with your order tracking or a shipping issue, please email me as soon as possible.

How can I buy your jewelry?

At this time, my jewelry is only available through my website. I restock every weekend with new items.

On occasion, my restocks sell out somewhat quickly. I recommend signing up for email notifications to be alerted to shop updates and also recieve early access to the online shop via a password, allowing you to shop items before the general public.

Are you taking custom orders?

I take custom orders on a first come, first serve basis, as time permits. Feel free to shoot me an email or visit my ‘customs’ page for more information if you have something you’re looking for. My current lead time is about 6 to 8 weeks but varies on the season. if you need something by a specific date, please let me know!

WHAT IS ‘MADE TO ORDER?’

Each RESTOCK I have a section for made-to-order pieces listed on my website. These are pieces for sale that I make as they are ordered, and production time varies depending on the item. See each individual listing for specifics on ship time.


I tried to buy a piece but as I was checking out, it sold?

The e-commerce platform I use does not reserve listings while they are in the cart and it sells to whomever completes the check out process first.

AND THEN AFTERPAY CHARGED ME FOR AN ORDER THAT I DIDN’t GET!

on occassion it will appear as if you were charged via afterpay for an item that was purchased by someone else first between the time you selected afterpay and signed in to check out - this is a ‘pending charge’ and will be removed overnight once the purchase does not complete. if you do have an issue with afterpay or any other payment questions, please to contact me. protip: afterpay and most online shopping methods work best in a browser rather than within the instagram app!

Jewelry care:

All my jewelry is handmade with care from .925 sterling silver and/or .999 fine silver. I make each of my pieces to last a lifetime, but care should be taken to prevent damage and tarnish on your jewelry. 

To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry, avoid wearing it during bathing, swimming, or other tasks that could damage the stone or the metal. Pieces should be stored in individual, airtight bags to prevent oxidation. 

To clean your jewelry, clean with a soft brush with mild soapy water and polish with a jewelry polishing cloth (available at most local jewelry counters or online through retailers such as Amazon). Do not submerge in cleaning chemicals, as they can be damaging to the stones and weaken the silver.

SHOP POLICIES

Return and Order Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE! I do not under any circumstances accept or issue order cancellations. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled/refunded. Please make an informed decision before making a purchase.

I do my best to describe and photograph the pieces as accurately as possible, but if there is a problem with your order please contact me to discuss further. I want my customers to be happy with their item, so I will always do my best to work with you to come to a resolution that will work for everyone.

Please remember my pieces are completely handmade, one of a kind items made by my two hands from scratch. As such, there may be slight imperfections and variations that show the handmade character that goes into each piece…. but that is what makes them one of a kind and unique pieces of wearable art :)

Customs/Made to Order item orders are non-refundable. zExchanges can be made within 7 days of receipt of unworn pieces returned with all original packaging in perfect condition for shop credit. A 15% restocking fee will apply. This policy is firm and no exceptions will be made.

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If a mistake has been made on our part please contact us within a week of receiving your package for an exchange.

Please choose your ring size carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure of your ring size please order a sizer here,

To ensure a proper fit for cuffs, please measure completely around your wrist area snugly in inches. This will give you the total circumference of your wrist.

We do not offer refunds.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, this policy is firm. Insurance and tracking is strongly suggested. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit back to our studio.

Please package your piece with care including all original packaging.  

Repairs

We understand that accidents happen and we are happy to repair a piece or replace a stone if needed for a small fee, just email: sales@sagesilverjewelry.com

In the event that a repair is required after 3 weeks of item receipt, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning the item.  We cannot offer refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio, purchasing tracking and insurance is recommended for your own protection. 

Some repairs I cannot accommodate, such as excessive wear and tear, sizing down rings, or damage beyond accidental. Feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to work with you. If the piece is altered in any way, such as replacing the stone, and/or having another jeweler repair or resize, this will void any warranty on the piece.

Layaway/Payment Plans:

I offer payment plans using Afterpay, PayPal credit and Stripe. Please contact me for more information. Please note - sometimes afterpay will charge your card even if your purchase does not go through - it will fall off within 24 hours and is only pending until the order is completed.

Payment methods include most major credit cards, Paypal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Venmo. If you have questions, please email me.

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
