Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Since this is a solo run business, with just me, myself and I doing all the jewelry manufacturing, business operations and shipping, I also do the shipping myself as well. Currently, ready to ship pieces (ie, non-custom made to order items) will ship within 10 days after your purchase. I work extremely hard to ship your items as quickly as possible. You will receive tracking information via email once your package has shipped. 

    Custom Made-to-order items typically have a lead time of between 4 to 6 weeks, however during busier and peak seasonal times it can tak up to 8 weeks to create and ship your order. Items may ship even faster, if time allows.

    For specific shipping times, please be sure to view item listing for details. 

    Should you need an item rush delivered by a specific date, please email me ASAP. While not all orders can be delivered in the timeframe desired, I will do my best to try to accommodate your request

    Please be sure to include your order number and/or the name or email it was placed under, and the date you would like your item to be delivered by.

  • Yes! All jewelry, both one-of-a-kind and made-to-order are listed under ‘SHOP ALL JEWELRY’ and I list new jewelry nearly every Sunday.

    One-of-a-kind jewelry typically sells fast so it is not always available, but I'm always hard at work on new pieces! Email Subscribers will be notified of these restocks first.

  • Currently, we ship worldwide to most countries including the UK, Canada, Japan, the EU. To determine if your country is included, please visit our checkout page and enter your address.

    Carriers for international orders include UPS, USPS, DHL and GlobalPost. International customers are responsible for all customs and applicable import fees upon receipt.

  • Each restock I usually offer a section of pre-order pieces listed on my website. These are pieces for sale that I make as they are ordered, to your individual specifications chosen from the available options. The production time varies depending on the item. See each individual listing for specifics on ship time.

  • If your newly purchased jewelry needs UPSIZING, I can usually size UP TO 1 size larger. Please contact me through the ‘CONTACT’ page for inquiries.

  • The e-commerce platform I use does not reserve listings while they are in the cart and it sells to the first customer to check out.

  • I do! I take on a various amount of custom orders based on my workload. Check out my customs page for more info!

SHOP POLICIES

Return and Order Cancellation Policy:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE:

I do not under any circumstances accept or issue order cancellations, accept returns or issue refunds. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled/refunded. I do my best to describe and photograph the pieces as accurately as possible. Please make an informed decision before making a purchase as I do not accept returns, cancellations or issue refunds.

Please remember my pieces are completely and 100% handmade, one of a kind items made by my own two hands from scratch. Nothing is machine made. As such, there may be slight imperfections and variations that show the handmade character that goes into each piece…. that is what makes them one of a kind and unique pieces of wearable art :)

As stated, I do not accept order cancellations, refunds, or returns. I do not accept returns on pieces that have been worn. If you have an issue with an order, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item. Return shipping is the buyers' responsibility, and Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. This policy is firm. Insurance and tracking is strongly suggested. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit back to our studio.

Custom and Made to Order item orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your item upon receipt, please contact me. If it is determined that and agreed upon that I will accept your item for an exchange, this can be made within 7 days of receipt of unworn pieces returned with all original packaging in perfect condition for shop credit. A 10% restocking fee will apply. This policy is firm and no exceptions will be made.

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you feel a mistake has been made on our part please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Sizing

Please choose your ring size carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure of your ring size please order a ring sizer here.

To ensure a proper fit for cuffs, please measure completely around your wrist area snugly in inches. This will give you the total circumference of your wrist.

Repairs

We understand that accidents happen. I am happy to quote a repair on one of my pieces, a please email me. I do not repair jewelry made by other makers.

In the event that a repair is required after 30 days of item receipt, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning the item.  We cannot offer refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio, purchasing tracking and insurance is recommended for your own protection. 

I do to accommodate repairs on excessive wear and tear, sizing down rings, repairs on items not created by me, or damage beyond accidental. Feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to work with you. However, if the piece is altered in any way, such as attempting to replace and or repair a stone, and/or having another jeweler repair or resize the piece, this will void any warranty on the piece.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

STANDARD SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC US ORDERS:
currently standard shipping to Domestic United States locations are sent via USPS First Class mail aka usps ground advantage, which includes Tracking. Standard shipping does not include insurance. To add insurance, please either select USPS Priority, UPS Ground or UPS Express, or email me and I will add this for you manually for an additional fee. If you have another specific shipping request, please contact me via email.

Other shipping methods include:

  • USPS Priority

  • USPS Express

  • UPS GROUND

  • UPS 3 DAY or UPS 2 DAY

  • UPS Overnight - please select this method upon checkout and email me to be sure to let me know your order is a RUSH.

International orders are shipped standard using USPS First Class Mail International, globalpost or UPS Saver International. Customers are responsible for any duties or customs fees upon receipt. Tracking typically starts in the United States upon customs exit, and stops upon transfer to the receiving country, starting again with the international carrier in-country.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Stolen packages should be reported to your local law enforcement or USPS Postal Inspector immediately. If there is a problem with your order tracking or a shipping issue, please email me as soon as possible.

Jewelry care:

All my jewelry is handmade with care from .925 sterling silver and/or .999 fine silver. I make each of my pieces to last a lifetime, but care should be taken to prevent damage and tarnish on your jewelry. 

To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry, avoid wearing it during bathing, swimming, or other tasks that could damage the stone or the metal. Pieces should be stored in individual, airtight bags to prevent oxidation. 

To clean your jewelry, clean with a soft brush with mild soapy water and polish with a jewelry polishing cloth (available at most local jewelry counters or online through retailers such as Amazon). Do not submerge in cleaning chemicals, as they can be damaging to the stones and weaken the silver. 

Payment Info and Layaway or Payment Plans:

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment methods include most major credit cards, Paypal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Venmo. If you have questions, please email me. I offer payment plans using Afterpay, PayPal credit and Stripe. Please contact me for more information.

Afterpay: Please note - on occasion, customers using Afterpay to make a purchase will notice a pending charge, despite the item being unavailable after completing the after pay checkout process. This is just a temporary pending charge on your card to verify the funds are available, and if your purchase does not go through, the charge will be reversed and removed within 24 hours.

To avoid any issues with after pay checkout, please be sure to create your after pay account in advance.
