About Bronze Jewelry:
Ancient bronze is a rich, reddish-yellow golden hue, similar to 14k gold, but unlike gold, bronze jewelry is more scratch-resistant and less delicate, making it suitable for long-term daily wear. Because bronze naturally contains copper, it can react with sweat, oils, and moisture to create a greenish layer of copper carbonate on the skin easily removed with soap and water. To help prevent this, my bronze pieces are coated with a clear acrylic sealant on the inside of every ring. Remove before swimming, showering, or using lotions and store in a dry, airtight pouch or box to prevent oxidation and polish occasionally to keep your piece shiny and new.
